1. The app

Overhead is an iOS app that labels the sky in augmented reality — aircraft, the sun, moon, planets, stars, and the ISS. By downloading or using Overhead you agree to these terms.

2. Overhead Pro (in-app purchase)

Overhead offers a single optional one-time purchase, "Overhead Pro" (a non-consumable in-app purchase), which permanently unlocks Pro features such as the Time Machine and sky-event previews.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account by Apple at the price shown at purchase. We never see or store your payment details.
• The unlock is tied to your Apple Account and works on all your devices. Family Sharing is supported.
• Reinstalling or on a new phone? Tap "Restore purchases" on the Overhead Pro screen.
• Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue refunds directly.
• Pro may grow over time; features included in Pro when you purchase remain included.

3. Sky and flight data

Aircraft and celestial positions are computed or received on a best-effort basis and shown for enjoyment and education only. Do not use Overhead for navigation, flight operations, or any safety-critical purpose. Never look directly at the sun — during eclipses, use certified eclipse glasses.

4. Privacy

Overhead requires no account. Your stats, medals, and settings live on your device. See our Privacy page for details.

These terms may be updated as the app evolves; the current version always lives at this page, with its effective date above.
